Could be that little bird is indignant at that interloper in the window that looks so much like himself... Maybe you can get one of those hawk-shadow decals to put on the window to discourage him?

Perhaps you should let your watch cat sit in that window to discourage the bird... If Mr. G realized the bird was there, he just might enjoy the show.
