Well obviously walking helps to keep one fit. Although to be honest I don't care
a lot about doing it the tread-mill is a pain but makes thigs simpler.🌺🌺

Good Morning
Pat, I think with Spring coming you will find lots of fun things to do. It's almost time for the squirrels to be out and about. I'm looking forward to reading about their adventures. I used to love to read about your weekly adventures with the people that were in your writing group. If I lived close I would have been in the group.
