Getting people actually to show up for a job is a miracle these days. I get half a crew, or... no one shows up. It's very frustrating.

A work crew that showed up! That's so cool.
My daughter's having some probs with getting kitchen cabinets installed, scheduling, etc., so it's giving me hope to read that your jobbers were there.
