Good morning
I remember those days well. Arial held the top spot for months. I miss quite a few of the old bloggers who have since left us. Those were the days for sure, but happily, we have a great group who never fails to give us great posts to read.

I wrote a lot of rubbish when I started You and Wiley did welcome me though and Wiley even
sent me a drill he had a spare one his drill sergeant and she was quite alluring.

Kabu.
I remember those violent days when Blogit wars popped up time and again. I was myself sucked up in quite a few. There were some arguments that tended to be quite intellectual though. The comments page were filled up with 30 or 40 comments taking sides of one or other. But somehow I feel they weee interesting too, barring a few odds.🗣️

The Blogit staff definitely worked a lot of overtime in those days. A lot of people were on their toes.

It was quite a while that I was here before I even realized there were rankings, so to speak! I had no idea. Writing shouldn't be a competition. It's an exercise. I also like the idea of respecting people enough to tolerate each one's point of view without shutting down or feeling anger. I'm glad I missed those wars.

Kabu, it's hard to believe that Blogit once had wars going. I'm thankful that we are all so close and care about each other. I hope you and Jim had a delightful Saturday. I remember those days, too. I didn't follow the battles, and finally blocked one who was not actually interested in conversation so much as having audience for delusional rantings. Others who held vastly different ideals than mine, I simply didn't go there or engage with them.

Some people aren't happy unless there's trouble afoot. The
Blogit wars could get pretty snarky sometimes. Don't know if you remember one particularly good writer whose Blogit name was Talion. He wrote stories about a private detective, the protector of women & children. He wrote also about his wife, Miss Vicki... I hope he's publishing his novels and living the high life somewhere. He was such a nice young man. There were others, too - gifted and gracious. The best thing about this place being a pay as you go deal is that the nasty ones, the bullies who support DJT don't show up here these days.
