When we are young we worry about our outer beauty which doesn't last forever. It seems as the outer diminishes the inner increases because we know the true value of what is important.

I smile will make you look good. Perhaps you could post it. The inner, more than the outer, of you, the Soul is perfect, without any wrinkles, so pure that it lives forever even when the body is not. And, that is Beauty.

I wish the photo had come through for us to see. You are a beautiful soul and you are right to want to smile. You have been through a lot and now you are emerging - and with a smile! A smile can take 20 years off of a person! What you mention, those are all cosmetic things. No, you don't need a fancy "do." Something you are comfortable with is perfect. Yes, it would be fun to try to spray make-up, though I've always wondered how it keeps out of one's eyes. As for something for bags under the eyes, it has been said that the old Prep H is what models used to help erase eye bags. You can't get it in this country anymore but I as of many years ago you could still get it in Canada! Hah! Hope this made you smile a little. You are a sweetheart and perfect as you are.

Smiling to yourself in the mirror is good for you, even if you don't mean it to begin, you'll come around!
My mom went through years of her 1950s style perm, reinforced every year once or twice. Then as she got older, she tried wigs, but they never looked right and were too hot. Finally she had it cut pixie-bob short, and it was so cute and perfect!

have your hair cut into a cute style that only needs to be washed and brushed You will feel like smiling I bet. I am aging quicker than you I fear. I am slow and cannot walk far and now having leg trouble.

If you are like me, that person you see in the mirror is not the
one you remember in your mind who is younger and smiles more and has more energy. One step at a time. If it would make you happy to do your face and curl your hair, go ahead.

I have seen your photos. You are a lovely lady. We all could use a pick-me-up now and then. A fresh new hairstyle and a dab of makeup always help to lift the spirits. Maybe even throw in a new outfit. Enjoy a fun day out splurging on yourself. You deserve it!
