There are just so many beautiful 'colorways' as some are calling them now! I only crochet, though: knitting has too many moving parts!

It's just past sundown and there's suddenly thunder with flashes after a quietly warm day. Flash flooding is an issue in this part of the world, but not in my part of that part.

Your weather can be very unpredictable but that's often nice. Yarn is always interesting to me. I haven't knitted in years. Maybe I should try again one day.

We were out today, yet another dr. appoinmebt for me but now it looks as though a storm may be on the way. Not so hot either.

I cannot think where the time has gone/ I suppose the terrible heat here in June sort
of made days run into each other. Not many work with their hands in the old way.
I guess when I made potato nets I was proud of them.

I am losing all desire to ever emerge from my lair anymore. I blame it on Blogit and Facebook and Youtube and Gmail and good reading material and easy delivery and visits from those I love. Do I sound old? I am old. LOL

We also have needed a nice, gentle rain. But dangerous winds,
power outages and disastrous floods are not on anybody's wish list. I hope y'all are OK and the cooler weather is beneficial to man and beast.
