Good Afternoon
I have to say getting contractors to do anything is not an easy job. The fees are very high too. I'm so glad we are getting the backroom flooring done but that's because my son called in a favor.

A good idea throwing the pillow with him for the suggestion of the kitchen people...I believe avenues will open up when business slows down. Someone who may not have been interested in the job may suddenly find it interesting when they don't have money to eat down the pike.

comes to renovations, a chance to take a deep breath and goof off for a bit. (We can thank Longfellow for the little quote about the day's occupations.)
