- Go to My List Is Getting Mighty Long
I'm able to keep my grocery list in my head. God has blessed me with a great memory.

Sounds like a good system. I still wander aisle by aisle hoping whatever I need will appear and remind me to grab it, but this is not exactly a failsafe method.

My shopping list notepad is next to the kitchen stove, and I add things
as I notice I've run out - so your method works for me, too. I also keep canned chicken on hand so I can make a quick batch of chicken salad if I run out of other options. Your improvised breakfast sounds really good!

Re: Kabu
Just thought I would let you know so you won't think bad thoughts, lol, P.D. just sent me an email saying that he was going to the store to get their needs and that if I would like to go he would pick me up. He is good at anticipating my needs/wants.

Re: Good afternoon
I have turmeric and olive oil, but all my black pepper is gone. I love it and use it up faster than I should. Does the pepper work retroactively? LOL

Re: Kabu
Don't you worry about me, Sweetie. I'm not suffering. There's always something here to eat. I have stuff in the freezer and fresh fruit and veggies and one thing I love is a loaf of Graintastic Bread. I love it toasted and buttered and with that and my coffee I could make do til next week sometime if I had to even if I had nothing else. I am concerned about Sis though. She has been sickly all week and can't even tell me if she has a temp because she doesn't keep a thermometer.

Good afternoon
I make a regular list too. I still go to the grocery store every few days due to my hubby making special requests for our daily meals. He prefers heartier dinners while I prefer light ones. We both love salads and a wide variety of vegetables. I have never eaten riced cauliflower, but I do love the vegetable. It works well with so many different foods. I do make roasted cauliflower with olive oil, turmeric, and pepper. The combination is supposed to eliminate certain cancer cells from the body. https://csn.cancer.org/discussion/234097/ah-the-many-wonderous-joys-of-turmeric and https://dailyhealthpost.com/turmeric-olive-oil-and-black-pepper-make-for-a-powerful-cancer-fighting-drink/

I found when I had two year olds to feed they love to have the same foods over and over again so I understand the banana. Can you manage until tomorrow though is the question. I will be happy when I read you have your supplies replenished dear one.
