I think we have to get used to the heat, it will surely become a lot hotter.

Hot here, too. And it's a bad air quality day. Not healthy for old ladies.
I have done my best to tune out the political news, and now they're all focused on that lost underwater explorer mini-sub that's near the sunken Titanic. I have little hope those folks are all right, but fingers crossed that I'm wrong.

I'm so thankful four air conditioning, too. Our summer has been mild on the temperature front, so the AC's, thankfully, are not working too hard.

Kabu, I'm glad you are home tonight where you can rest and relax. It was 83 today with high humidity. At one point it looked like rain but it passed by us. When we lived in Arkansas when my boys were little it used to get to 110 in the shade. We never went outside during those heat spells. It was dangerous.
