She has to stop looking backward and live in the present. She can't change the past but enjoy the present with you.

Every honest person dear Lisa has a past or even a present where they either didn't value themselves ot others enough.Jesus said. " let him wwwwithout sin cast the first stone," No one could. and I certainly can't.

We've all done things that shame us in looking back. We're all in
need of forgiveness and acceptance (even by that person we see in the mirror). Thank you for sharing those loving words with Lisa - and with us here. Peace.
