absolutely re the shares. I cashed all and everything in Australia and gave the total to my Sons. In their 50's now, they hopefully have lots of life to enjoy being less worried about mortgages etc.Course over here there is a very small investment in Canada and the house sale gave me what I have been putting into this house.

Well nice to hear some good news. Folk here have never had air con much. It is
becoming a nasty shock to have it so hot. I suppose we might grow bananas soon.
One thing you have is the value in the house. The shares would look pretty dismal now.

7am, what’s that ? Haha.. I always try to book the afternoon slot for any household work I can’t do myself- unfortunately that doesn’t include routine cleaning, which I still do

I think you're wise to pace yourself on getting at these projects. So easy
to get overwhelmed. Especially good to hear the heat/AC is now in good repair.

It sounds like you are finally moving along at a faster pace. P.D. and Phil are leaving today for Florida. He will come back with a report on how Preacher's place has turned out and what, if anything still needs to be done.
