Glad you are not a worry-wart. It does not do any good to worry. It's kind of difficult to keep from it, but it still doesn't do any good. Planning wisely is the best bet, but the way price are constantly moving upward that is kind of hard to do also. My Florida Son & his wife spent a whole, whole, whole lot more money on their kitchen/dining room and bathroom conversion than had planned for and he did a lot of the work himself and a son and a son-in-law helping on their days off helping too.
