Good Morning
I hope today you feel better. I have to say headaches are terrible. I used to get headaches so bad that I had to go to bed but once I gave up dairy they went away.

i do hope tomorrow is better for you. both you and Lisa have health issues at times and I wish we could all stay well all the time...wishful thinking I know!
