I can't imagine how much money you have spent on this renovation. I know it would have been much more if not for the help of family and friends.

we are going to have to take a deep breath and move into the en-suite and enlarging our bedroom soon. how fancy we get will be determined by how much money we have left from the kitchen troubles.

Your explanations are so clear I can almost see what's going on
with your fixing-up. One of my faves on TV is "Fixer Upper" and other shows on HGTV where people do what your and Lisa are doing to your happy nest. Nice work.
