There's a place in Maryland called Essex, where the beehive was incredibly popular. You still one once in a while there.

My hair grows fast, it's thin and stringy and I like to cover it with
one of my crocheted hats. Have figured out how to make a little brim instead of leaving it as a plain beanie, just a bit of a frame for the face - if I use multi-color yarn it takes the attention away from the jowls and wrinkles. Have a great day!

Good morning
It sounds beautiful. That is some great heredity to inherit. My hair is long, but not real long, but it's thin and I do use those buttery clips or satin scrunchies to keep it up in a ponytail since I am always cooking.
