I did manage to get some sacks of peat compost. Hardly ever see it here, it did
come from Ireland. My brother used to start his tomato plants on the second of feb.
He then had to ask me to look after them as they were always too early.

now that is something I learned today. cook the dirt and get rid of any possible nasties. i must remember this. Thank you for the tip. Good luck Charlie with all he is doing and hug yourself with Kabu hug cos she loves you.
