I'm on the same spectrum as you when it comes to how I feel when contractors are not holding up their end of the bargain. It's times like that when I think automation may not be all that bad.

Of course all things keep going up. Cannot get a penny lardy any longer. Well house
prices are going down here, the interest rates are making it hard for folk who were
on the brink before.Just imagine if one bought a house very rarely for two thousand
pounds on a twenty-five year mortgage. One would have to pay a thousand pounds
a month just to hold on to the property. One cannot buy a cottage for two hundred
pounds any longer. You perk up quickly, take it easy.

Take a deep breath and think of birds in flight, perhaps the
migrating birds flying back from their winter in South America in the next few weeks. Imagine the nests they will build - not finished carpentry but just right for holding eggs and chicks. They will sing for you.
