absolutely a blessing and books and writing have made my life rich beyond everythig else I have done. Add travel and my knowledge of places and people even amazes myself sometimes when I think about it.

I'm happy to hear that. I couldn't even imagine not being able to read properly, and to do it from a very young age is a genuine blessing.

A quick look tells me I need to add the words, "as I had gotten so many times in my youth."
Does that help it read better? (I fixed it... I think.)

i and my cousin both the same age and best friends had the same reading abilities. I read all the little readers from school my big Sister brought homes while I was three.I also read all her books at home.my cousin and i were both excellent at reading and writing.
