That was one of my mom's Golden Rules: you will not go outside (or to bed) with a wet head. Flu shots and Covid shots and still sick. Be well.

This one requires shiftings of furniture and whatever is on/around that furniture. But it feels very good to have it done, thinking that the 'keets appreciate it, too!

Years back I was in NYC and had an early morning appointment. I hd to shower, dress, and run to get there from Queens where I was staying, and it was bitter, bitter cold. My hair was wet when I went out the door, and frozen by the time I got on the bus. I was brushing it out, and not the only one amused at the whole thing.

My parrot can become very insistent with her squawking when her 'house' is not clean. It is not a difficult job, and doesn't take long to do it, but I have to talk myself into it each time.
