Re: CCT,

I've always wondered how you catch potatoes.

Re: Sea Gypsy,

I don't have the patience for knitting--crochet goes so much quicker.

Re: Goldiec,

I took the new yarn, and a book, just to be covered for any kind of boredom!

Re: adnohr,

Knitting, as I've said before, has too many moving parts for me!

Re: Kabu,

I have a shop I have gone to since I moved here, a privately owned shop, and they have always treated me really well!

Re: Pat B,

Yeah, good to be able the spritz the windshield in cold weather to get rid of frost, and have it all immediately freeze to ice!

I can only knit in a straight line. Hah! Good your car is fixed. Early morning about knocks me off. I'm barely recovering from yesterday!

Good Afternoon

When I go somewhere that I might have to wait I always take a book with me.  I have no idea how to knit but I do love to read so I've usually got a book by one of my favorite authors in my purse.  It helps the time pass while I'm waiting.  I'm glad you got your vehicle fixed before the winter weather arrives and the temperatures dip down below freezing. We've been trying to get our cars ready for winter too.

Great for the repair, and for the price charged, and I've been wondering if I should take up knitting again. I used to do quite a lot of it way back then.

That was unusual with a car that goes into a repair shop. Good for you and your truck!
