I make a spread of taco choices for my grandsons a few years ago. They enjoyed it.

I used to do pot luck suppers for the church and way back then I relied mostly on big pots and dishes of casseroles, home made scones and small cakes.

Good afternoon

How fun! I used to do the individual small pizzas for the girls and their friends when they had sleepovers. I would set everything out on the island, and let them create their little masterpieces. I love having parties where the food is buffet style. Then everyone can just help themselves to the foods that they want. The side dishes that are barely touched let's me know what not to make for the next get together.

Good Afternoon

I've had parties but I've never done anything like this.  It sounds like so much fun.  I think at some point I'm going to try this.  I love the small pizza ideas.  It would be easy enough with pepperoni, cheese, mushrooms, peppers, and the list goes on and on depending on what everyone likes.

Actually, yes! For birthday parties we have done this. Pizza crusts, a selection of sauces, toppings and cheeses on the table, then make and cook your own. It's a bit like having a fondue with bowls of beef, chicken, veggies and seafood - take what you want and cook and enjoy!
