Keys! this last time I inadvertantly left the keys in the ignition--had to run the windows up, was talking at the time, and got out, shut the door--auto-lock clicked... The engine wasn't running, but the battery was engaged.
The locksmith who came made me a couple of duplicate keys: one is in my house, one is on Charlie's keyring.
I wonder if there's a Habitat For Humanity ReStore in your area. The ones here have lots of kitchen cabinets! Supply chain issues don't apply.

Better to wait a bit and know they're going to fit correctly... I know,
I know! I'd be chomping at the bit, too. Especially if I gave him very much of a down payment.

Good afternoon
A month is a long time to wait, but he probably had to order them. The lost keys would be driving me crazy too. They will probably show up in the most bizarre of places. I once lost mine and found them a week later when I grabbed my shopping bags off of the hook. They had somehow fallen into one of the bags.

Good Afternoon
Kabu, I think I see a light at the end of the tunnel. This is such an exciting time. It will be so nice to have a new kitchen for the holidays.

It is difficult to wait patiently when we want something done "NOW"!

I love cherries and strawberries. I could eat those all day long.

I would be groaning, if I had to wait a month for the cupboards. There again what do I know I remember I had cupboards fixed and waited forever for the doors.Remember the old proverb.
