Well I have stopped eating breakfast, it does not seem to make much difference .
I did fall over but it was not food related I was lifting some pots and slipped
backwards. Just a bit of an ache be careful it can happen quickly

That's a lot of errands and they are tiring. I like going to breakfast but it is so early ! Hah! My kitchen is not together still and I'm still waiting on the countertops! Sigh. It will be nice when done.
