Because of the fasting rule, I always aim to get early doctor's appointments. My father once had a late morning surgery for his elbow. He ate like a pig as soon as he could.

Good Afternoon
Kabu, I hope you get your new gutters before fall. We are surrounded by trees on this property and the gutters continuously need to be cleaned out. That means the big ladders have to come out and then there are the leaves that have to be taken out and discarded. I wanted to get new gutters too but then we had the roof done and the contractor said our gutters are like new. Maybe next year I can look into having new gutters on the house. Sometimes when it rains Roy has to go out and clean the gutter because the water spills over if we get too much rain. A couple years ago we had all the electricity redone and that was a major expense. Now it's only been a few months since we had the new roof put on the house and replaced the water heater with a brand new one. It seems like there's always something that we need to get done around here. We just got a new washing machine and I needed a new phone because they said mine was ancient. Good afternoon
Gutters are seriously problematic when not dealt with properly. When we moved into our home eight years ago we had clogged gutters. We have since installed new ones that allow for the leaves to move along their way. As for your children, it's great that you have the money set aside, just in case you need a fast visit. Other than that adult kids tend to get on with their lives, at least ours have. We visit monthly at gatherings for birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays, but other than that we all work and are too busy for day to day visits. Life is funny that way. Have a happy Wednesday.

I feel your love it is like a little dove cooing. Yes don't get too fat it is easy thing to be doing.
Your sons are lucky most parents do not want to give away their assets.
But I know you have a generous heart, and are kind to gnomes and pets.

on the mend, too. Not having to clean those gutters, mess with ladders, etc., will make your autumn safer.
