I would say the Lizard is gone!!! but what a great surprise for you and three hours might have just about worn you out. Fire flies here too and i am watching them outside even if it is hot. They don't stay around for long and I agree they are magical.

The only time I saw fire flies was many years ago I was lost in the country side and I walked through a field aglow with them. Families so rarely gel these days, they must love you.
