I generally don't lock the truck, and don't leave anything in it anyone would want. It has had windows smashed two or three times by the criminally inquisitive, when it was locked and still didn't even have loose change rattling around.

Remember the days when one did not have to lock a car door. I suppose there was a wheel lock, a gadget that fitted to the steering wheel.

At least you're more secure now. AAA's response was totally
bass-ackwards to the reason you paid dues in the first place. Just plain wrong.

Awwww. I hate for things like that to happen. Last time I locked myself out of my car was about two miles from home and I called Ribcage and he came right out with my spare key. Sorry you didn't have a savior handy.
