Oh wow! I am slowly catching up with blogs. I am so sorry you are going through this and I don't blame you for wanting the best. Yes, the whole medical profession leaves a lot to be desired. Get plenty of rest. Make sure to watch some funny movies. I hear that helps sometimes more than pills. Laughter is the best medicine.

Goodness me you two have been through too much physical pain already. I used to nurse on a cancer surgical ward; with a good surgeon you will get passed this. I am going to pray hard for you, for dear Lisa and for the Surgeon you find.

At this time you need to be flippant; in fact you need to be downright
defiant. Cancer is your sworn enemy and you are absolutely right to show no mercy. Get the best doctor, follow the best advice, and let the lawyers fight about the money. Kick its ass!
