I hope you get everything done before the landlord makes his way to your house. It's so cute that you finally have a climber in your house. I just hope she doesn't get outside and climbs up a big tree and then the Fire Dept has to come.

Good afternoon
There is something about spring and hot water heater issues. A few years ago after a particularly brutal winter, our water heater took a crap. Thankfully, they are relatively inexpensive to replace, but the water damage can be a real pain if they are located anywhere near carpeting or furnishings. Luckily for us, our is in the cellar right next to a drain.

I subscribe to your housework theories - stuff can be tossed any time,
