adnohr, I think you are right and we are always living on the edge. I think that's why it's so important for all of us to make a home for our families to come to. The world being in chaos has always upset me.

We seem to be living on the edge on a constant basis lately. It's so nice to smell good cooking in a home; there's comfort in that.

Some days I just can't understand how so much of the world runs on rage and indignation, on 'getting even' or scoring against someone else, basically on power and greed without the least idea of long-term values. Some days I just stay home and off-line, and try to stay out of the fray.

Actually the World has been in a mess virtually all of my life. Nothing but strife fighting killing and who was in the right?? Damned if i can ever work it all out. Just hoping we don't get dragged into something big. I have grown Grandchildren.

I'm rooting for the Bengals because they beat us and knocked us out of the Superbowl. I figure if they can't beat SF then there must be two teams better than us. LOL

Good afternoon
No snow flurries here. It is sunny and warm for this time of year. We are going shopping for our Valentine's Day dinner in a bit. After discussing the possibilities, John requested our DQ favorite, so I will be making my version of the Dairy Queen chicken basket that comes with chicken strips, fries, white pepper gravy, and toast.
