I thought I was feeding a hedgehog but the cat must have been putting its paw through the hole in an upturned box and scooping up the food. It does not seem long since the doves were at it. One would hope then would plan sensibly this year,

Good morning
We have a random cat who has been eating the food that I put out for the deer, squirrels, birds, raccoons, and bunnies. I find it strange that the cat eats corn, but I guess when you are hungry you will eat what has been provided.

There are two cats next doors and they are allowed to roam sometimes, usually into our back yard which gets Graysome screaming like a Banshee. he really doesn't believe in other cats.

Good Afternoon
Ciel, your post about your Doves made me think of something that has been happening on our front porch for a couple of summers now. We have house plants that we keep in the house during the winter months and when it warms up we hang them on the porch. Summer before last the small birds came and took a lot of our dirt out of our plant. The next thing we knew there were babies in our plantar. We left them be till they got old enough and flew away. I think they must have felt safe in our plantar. Last summer a chipmunk got into our plantar and started taking the dirt out of the plantar. Every day they took more and more out. When the chipmunk came to take more dirt out he would be making such a mess that some of the dirt would go through the screen and land in my daughter's bedroom. It was crazy. Then one day it stopped and the chipmunk went away. I have no idea why the chipmunk was doing. I think Olaf likes you and the food you give him. I'm sure he has other friends in the neighborhood but I think he feels safe at your house. I hope you have a nice day! Stay warm this week. We are going to get lots of snow on Wednesday night and Thursday.
