Anytime!  I read it to my best friend, and she laughed her ass off!  She called me a tita (titt-ah)--the local term for a large, menacing woman--because I sounded very unlike my true self as I was reading it to her.

As for your loss of your swimsuit--yikes!!!  But I've lost my top before!  Sliding down a water slide--didn't even realize it had come off until I looked down!  Ho' brah!  I wuz so shame!

jems, thanks for the translation of my short story. Fun to read in another
language. I was trying to make it a unique Hawaiian experience, though it really happened to me in Rio in my youth!! Waves can steal clothing so fast that you don't even notice until standing on the shore. Thanks again for the translation. I enjoyed it very much.
