Kabu, I can just see the smiles coming from your gnomes and fairies. They are going to have a blast! A New Year's Eve celebration will involve a lot of shenanigans but they really do deserve it. It's been a long year for all of us! I can't wait to hear the details. As far as cleaning up goes I hope you have a least one neatnik in the bunch. My Mighty McV would be the one I would say would clean up before anyone else. I hope you have earplugs because you are going to need them. Once the white lightning starts making the rounds it's everyone for their selves. I hope they don't get their hands on any moonshine because they will be out like a light and probably sick for days. This is one time I'm glad my gnomes are sleeping away the winter months. I think Horace would give me the most trouble because he's quite the partier. Then again Leonard can drink anybody under the table. He's crazy! Enjoy your New Year's celebrations.

I know your little folks will enjoy their New Year's Eve celebration, but
don't be too disappointed if the revelers don't actually clean up after themselves. It's so easy to forget good manners and promises when the party fizz is still working. But don't do it for them - even if they're hung over the next morning, they need to keep their word. I made a resolution years ago not to make new year's resolutions, and so far, I've kept it. I would like to see myself getting more organized next year.
