Thank you. I've studied the tragedy since it happened forty-seven years ago.
We are going to make a quick run-up to Whitefish Point right now to pay homage to the crew. It is about a 30-minute drive from here.

Fascinating background piece. I remember when that song was way up there
on the hit parade. I didn't know the story of that famous ship, only that lives were lost and the storm was terrifying, especially when landlubbers like myself always think of lakes as beautiful, calm mirrors of the sky.
