Good Afternoon
My guess is that she used a lot of herbs to strengthen her immune system and that is what kept her strong. I wonder if anyone bothered to ask her how she kept from getting sick? Everyone just assumed she was a witch.

Probably a virus and folk were crammed in houses together. Sad tale though. Old ponds here have revealed bones of females. Same in the Black death in London.
