Now that you mention it, yes CCT. I carried up 2 heavy bags of wood

yesterday morning, something my sons usually do once winter starts for real. And the pain came much later. UGH!

FSI - it really is. People who endure this day after day are my new heros!

A bit better, Pat-B. ANd you are so right.

It never happens when therre is nothing to do. Right? Or does even 'nothing-to-do' ever happen?

I'm better today, Sassy, although not 100%

But my little Elie vomited again tonight. I really hope it's not the corn cobs making their statement.

My lower back sends comiserating, wry smile to your cranky back!

Well, one thing it would have been worse if you had been at work. Not this is any

comfort. I wonder if you have been doing any unusual work lately? Sometimes it

happens after the event. I think perhaps rest is the only thing at the moment.

My Dad had lumbago at times he kept hollering when it attacked him. We kids used

to grumble saying it kept making us jump.

Crikey those smiles are a bit painful.

I hope your back feels better. I've been blessed so far not to have experienced any back pain, but my father does, and I can see how debilitating it is.

Good Evening

Oh my!  I really do hope you feel better soon.  I'm sending healing prayers and many blessings your way.

I know that is miserable. I hope it goes away as mysteriously

as it came. And does something like that ever come at a time when nothing much is going on?  Seems like it always happens when we're up to our ears busy. Hope you feel better by the time you read this.

Good evening

I am so sorry that you are suffering. Our back is an important player where mobility is concerned. Dogs are such intuitive creatures that instinctively know when we are not feeling our best. I am glad that your fur baby feels better after dining on some grass. Hope you feel better. Have a great evening.
