Animals seem to flock to you wherever you are. Perhaps you are St Francis of Assisi reincarnated!

You have found some new animals to pal around with.

You do seem to be able to charm the wildlife. The crows came to our walnut trees they were there a couple or three days and vanished. As a rule, they fly in and out for a week or so. I think the summer here was so dry that the majority of the nuts have just shrivelled.

I love picturing you in your yard/garden with your little animal friends that you have made....especially one sitting on your head while you do yard work.

Good afternoon

They do love their peanuts. The animals will get used to you. They know that you are a friend and not foe, and the fairies will let them know this. Our chipmunks and squirrels have been missing for the past week. I suppose that they are building nests for the winter. Animals make the best of friends. Unlike humans, they are accepting of our peculiar behavior. Have a wonderful evening.

Are the no chipmunks there? I could send you a couple. Some squirrels too if I can talk them out their installation between my roof and ceiling!!

Good Evening

Kabu, I love this post.  I love that you make animal friends no matter where you are.  Our birds and chipmunks have left for parts unknown but I do hope they come back next year.  This is the first year ever that the birds went away during the summer months and the chipmunks that used to love to play on the patio are all gone.  I wonder if they know something that we don't know.

I like to watch the birds and small creatures enjoy their space outdoors,

and to hear birds sing is very soothing. Crows, whose calls are not melodious, are one of my favorites nonetheless - I think they are very intelligent and they seem to have a pattern, a code they use as they call back and forth.
