Here's wishing you both much happiness in Florida. It's not where you live that counts as much as how you live - so you will both be enjoying each other's company and that is wonderful, anywhere. Being where you want to be makes it even better. As for comparing Judy and Lisa, I see no problem there. Each is an individual and yet they have the same qualities that attracted you to them. Enjoy.

Thank you! Every year I have been here, we have had measurable snow fall no later than October 15th, so we are cutting it short!

You are probably correct. It's human nature, but it can be hurtful. I do my best to remember that both of them were wonderful ladies that both hold a piece of my heart.

My load of belongings are still in Canada. i wanted to be sure this would work before I made my final decision. I was ill when I got here, then himself has been ill so still takin house sharing slow.

It would be IMHO impossible not to draw comparisons - and it is
pretty much true that we tend to be attracted to a certain kind of person because each of us is a certain kind of person. There need be no limit on love, never too much of it in this old world.
