Good evening
That is really great. I am happy for you. It is not a fun existence to live like that. I also deal with the Game of Thrones. I have changed my diet so many times that I have lost count. I have taken vitamins, fiber, eliminated dairy, bread, and alcohol. I just always figured that it was IBS, but up until two weeks ago, I was to the point that food felt like it was stuck in my esophagus 8 out of ten times when I ate. My doctor prescribed a medication that is nothing more than Nexium if purchased over the counter. It has helped with the digestion issue and the sudden need to locate a bathroom.

A lot of problems occur as we age. One has to keep trying to find a solution.
