Just about any fish or prawns make good teriyaki. I also like pork teriyaki, but in restaurants it can be too sweet! So I ask for the sauce on the side.

Sounds delicious. I have always loved teriyaki chicken. I have never tried it on salmon, but I am sure that it would be good.
