Sassy, yesterday on the Kitchen they had a recipe with eggplant. They cut it into pieces and breaded it on one side and then put it in the oven. I've never cooked it but it looked good.

I think it will be the end of May before we can plant anything. Our grass has been growing too. Roy just cut it yesterday.

Good afternoon.

A pity it drops down to frosts at night, we never really are safe here until June. Grass grows though. Also some Bumblebees and Queen wasps looking around.

FSI, that is good news! Hopefully, it's coming closer every day. Our weather pattern has been very strange this year. I feel like the earth has been turned on its axis. I know that couldn't be but it feels like that.

Ciel, when Spring finally gets here I think the next day it will be summer. Of course, that will be a good thing. I miss my flowers.
