A bit of a chilly spring it sounds like.

C_C_T, our temps are dropping down for the next few days. Our plants do have to come inside.

Re: Kabu
Years since the folk used to overwinter them on the window sill. My old aunt had some they were six foot tall. They do root from cuttings, but young plants are easier.

Yes, it is the stuff does appear to have come on early this year. I bet those folk who still plant potatoes on Good Friday are wondering.

Re: Sea_Gypsy
The weather does seem to fluctuate. The late frosts seem to be coming back. I suppose we could worry over everything.

Here the lilac leaves have relaxed from buds, and I hope they go slowly with the cold nights coming on again!

I have some geraniums I rescued at the end of last summer in the back porch area. First step towards going out side. I intend to get some seedlings and fill both porches so that I am ready to go once I feel safe about the weather.

This time of year we never know what we are going to wake up to. Roy said tonight he has to bring the plants in because the temps are dropping down again.

Last year, a late spring frost got our Maple tree and quite a few of my flowers. Our yard is in full bloom, and in our parts, the danger of frost lasts up until after Mother's Day. Crossing my fingers.

I hope the late snow did nothing more than kiss the early blossoms
and that bees will visit, fruit will ripen..
