Parents have some not exactly child-welfare and education imperatives in their harried lives, needing child-care so they can go to their 3 jobs to pay for rent, utilities, and groceries.
Mostly, I am looking with hard eyes at the public education policies that mandate testing over learning.

Lots of viuals in younger classes not necessarily using the computer but hands on. Scuence experiments Building blocks etc to build a safe Eco friendly environment. So much can be taught all with visuals.

There are so many problems at present, hopefully the time will come when each receives what he or she deserve. We used to get a free television license now we pay' Although many are refusing to do so. I paid mine but I hardly watch it these days.
