When I went visited the Pharaonic Village in Cairo, we cruised past a site where they made beer the old fashioned way.

Great post! An iced cold beer on a Summer day is priceless. It's very refreshing and there are B vitamins in it.

Eek! I like mine warm years since a red hot poker was kept in the grate for those who liked to dip it in their pint on a cold night.
