Ciel, thanks for sharing such a beautiful sunset! It is magnificent! I love the pink in the sky. It's my favorite color. I hope changing your medicine around helps you get some sleep. Happy Birthday to your granddaughter! New curtains sound nice! I think Colorado is a beautiful place to live. I've been there twice and both times I wanted to move there.

I don't take meds. I know my mom had better luck taking some at night and some during the day.

I have a.m. and p.m. meds - the one I always take first thing is for
low thyroid, which has to be taken on an empty stomach, and no food for an hour afterward. I don't count coffee as food. Take my vitamins around suppertime so they can soak in at their leisure. I count them out in a little dispenser box each morning as my coffee brews, because if I don't go by and shake the box at bedtime I can't be sure I remembered to take them.

Happy Birthday to your granddaughter!
Yes, medication can cause a host of issues. I take my daily vitamin and elderberry before bed, but I take my allergy pill and my thyroid medication in the morning. Like you, I also have those dates set in my mind. I quit smoking the year our middle daughter graduated. It was because of her complaining so much that it smelled bad that caused me to put them down for good.
