Your daughter's ex mother in law sounds like a real gem.

It would be really nice and wonderful if you could visit with this woman without the negativity of the husband lurking in the air. People like that are extremely difficult, I find. Good luck and I hope you do get in a nice visit with her.

People who have to be right all the time aren't happy. They may be

insecure, which can make them disagreeable as well. I avoid bullies.

Re: Kindness and Love

I completely agree with what Goldiec has said. I have met some really dumb people with degrees and some smart people who have learned simply through life skills. I find psychic healing an intriguing technique. As for the people who cause chaos and hatred, karma is a real bitch. Happy New Year!

Re: Goldiec,

We are all the same, but we are all different, too. We are equal in worth, though we are made of unique blends of experience and knowledge and talents and skills... It isn't about being special, it's about understanding that everyone is special! It took me a while to get out of that trap of some values being better than others.

Kindness and Love

Ciel, this is a great post.  I truly believe that people should be loving and not hateful to anyone.  I think if someone looks down at a person that will come back to haunt them.  As far as education goes I know people with degrees that haven't got a bit of sense about them and wouldn't survive on their own in the middle of chaos.  I always tell those people if something bad happens you better hope I'm around because you will need me.  There's a lot of people like this that feel they are above everyone else and it's just not true.  We are all the same.  We are here to learn and to love.  We have a situation in our family just like the one that you mentioned and I have welcomed the family with open arms.  It's the way life should be.
