I talk to God...out loud. He doesn't mind if I'm upset, or mad, or even at a loss for words. He is just what I need when I haven't anyone else to talk to.

Not a weird question at all.
I have wondered this many times myself. I usually find that strangers are perfect for this situation since they are impartial, do not know you or your family, and can hold nothing over your head. Trusted family members and friends are great to talk to about some things, but not really deep stuff that could affect your relationship with them or that of someone you love. ((Just my thoughts)))
