Our choices are limited. It’s going to take as long as it takes. But we are weary.

Yep - we'll all hang in there. No choice really, is there? And humans are resilient. Some are finding it harder than others, but that happens, unfortunately. We help out when and how we can.

Everytime I feel impatient and resentful for the past 9 months' restrictions, I also think of how many years people have borne with deprivations and hardships in conditions of war, of relentless weather conditions, of political insanities... We have to do what we have to do until conditions improve. It's that simple.

Quite likely this may be the rest of my life unless one day I sell my home. I don't want to, I love living in the bush. however I would have to find somethiiing to be interested in, one needs other humans on occassion.

Your thoughts on this matter sums it up perfectly. It is all we can do.

One day at a time, wear your mask and pray for an ending in sight. My hubby and I are both essential workers, so we continue on each day even though the steel mill has 10-12 new cases each day. That scares me as I figure it will eventually get to him and then to me. I already have enough health issues to deal with without adding the COVID to the list.

Good Morning

Pat, if someone gave me a wish for today I would wish that we had never heard of COVID.  I would wish that all the people that died were still here and all the suffering was gone.  That is my wish for today but tomorrow I know there will be another wish for all the people on the front lines.  They are standing strong for all of us.
