They sounds like an interesting way to cook an egg. Did you try it? I don't think I ever met an egg I didn't like! Eggs were dinner tonight for me. If cooked in a frying pan, I always wipe off the butter when they are done cooking before I eat them. Scrambled, fried, soft-boiled, hard-boiled, with or without cheese, in a croissant, yep, tonight's was with a mini-croissant minus cheese.

Deviled eggs are the bomb! Hard boiled eggs with salt & pepper are good too

Scrambled is my favorite or in a breakfast bowl.
Runny yolks make my stomach turn. I agree with Goldiec, they are amazing scrambled with American cheese.

Ciel, I love eggs but I don't eat them often. My favorite is over easy eggs. My second favorite is scrambled eggs and I always add half & half. It makes them fluffy.
