Yes a wash and a brush up, one cannot mess around with Gnomes they soon get splashed but it is their own fault they will stand out in the rain.

It's that time of the year. Before we know it, it'll be spring, and they will be outside.

Kabu

Soon, Mrs. Sun will too. Guess who'll be, watering them?

I love reading about your gnomes. I think you should do a book. Yes, you probably don’t have all of your strength back yet. Little by little.

Kabu, I love this post.  Thank goodness your Fairies and Gnomes are inside for the cold winter.  I know they are very thankful for the warmth of the house. I wouldn't put up with any of that nonsense fighting from my Gnomes either and there would be hell to pay for it but I will say the one thing I won't do again is to take all their whiskey. That just caused entirely too much trouble.  They were upset and I was upset so now I've learned a lesson.  I'm glad that in my spare time I made warm beds up for everyone.  The Fairies love getting under their covers on a cold night in the city.  My Gnomes will be sleeping until spring and I have to say it's been very peaceful around here since they've gone to sleep.  Of course, now that we have MightyMcV I'm not sure how the other Gnomes will feel when they wake up and see him.  I sure do hope it goes smoothly but we shall see.  I wish you could see how dark and gloomy it looks outside.  This was not what I had in mind when I was thinking of fall.

Sounds like things are as they should be, given the season.

I know those gnomes can be a handful at times, but they're such jolly folk when they want to be - it's worth the trouble (most of the time).  I hope the succulents do well indoors - the pics you shared earlier this year were so lovely.

I am guessing by repairs you mean painting.

That would be a fun project.

Your gnomes are probably ecstatic about being indoors.

Your security gnome looks very clean and handsome. He should serve you well. I brought my plants in too in hopes that they will survive. My fairies and gnomes are not as fortunate as yours. Mine will be placed in their winter storage bin.
