Oh my God!!! They have guns???? I believe that is the Second Amendment. If you don't want a gun...don't have a gun!

Lisa, it's not the fact that you have guns but about what he writes. George Orwell is good. I love 1984 I understand carrying a gun in the forest.

Remember that song, 'Arthur's Song' or 'The Best You Can Do?'
It says, 'Arthur does as he pleases..' Lisa has been in a 'girls club' for the past few decades. The ER where she worked was about 98% all females. She knows that game. I trust this woman with everything that I have. Lisa knows how the world works and she knows where she finds safety and love. I have no problem with her playing in one world as long as she comes to me for the love and safety. With due respect to my lady, an animal that knows that it can find safe harbor with one person will always find that person when life gets stormy.
As a boy, I took my time with the cattle we were milking, and I could walk up to most of them when they were loose in the pasture because they trusted me. I invested the time in figuring my lady out emotionally before we got 'serious' serious. I know that in the modern world, it is hard to find a true and only love... but ya see, I had one for a long time, and I knew what to look for when I had to do so. When I saw the same traits in this woman that I had in my first wife, I knew that I had found what I wanted.
I told Lisa when she first asked about making posts here that she could say or do as she pleased. She has posted somethings that I might not have posted, but I never said anything to her. She has a mind of her own and I will not squelch her. Ain't my job to do so. Just like those cows in the field back in the late 60's/early 70's, I want her to come to me when she is standing free and untethered. It's not a control thing, because we settled that issue a while ago. We are two individuals that are one being. I respect her and she respects me... as we are... where we are. That was the platform I built my first marriage upon and it is the model that we continue to live.
One of our favorite songs between us is Engelbert Humperdinck's 'After The Loving.' As life grows old and wearisome, I'm still in love with her. I'll go to my grave in love with her... and she knows it. I make sure of that every single day.

Best of luck to you with your book.
You will do well under V's wing. The books sell well on Amazon, especially when they have been edited properly, and they are marketed. V is very lucky. I have had pneumonia, and it made me bedridden twice and hospitalized once. It is hard on the lungs. He recovered more quickly than I did and at the time I was only 43 when I was hospitalized for it.

is there a girls Club here??? I don't think so. Anyway Lisa all the best for the book venture; and it is such a relief to know Big V is getting better but yes keep him on a tender leash so that he eases up a bit.

*Dystopian Politics* is what he calls it in particular - like George Orwell stuff. The one that he has posted now under his name gets pulled down all the time. He waits a month and puts it back up again. Next time it happens he says it will go up under his alias.
We have weapons because we have to walk in the forests with all of the other creatures out there that might take us as luinch. There are a lot of them out there but if you want break into our home you will leave with a limp. Break ins happen a lot here.

Lisa, I'm glad things are getting back to normal. I'm a little concerned about your statement on the fact that you have guns. I hope you are both safe. What in the world does V write about?
